Last month I made the decision to endorse a candidate I truly believe will be an unparalleled conservative fighter in the United States Congress: Alecia Webb-Edgington.

Mary and I have known Alecia for years, but it doesn’t take long to see that she has the character, strength and work ethic to be an effective voice for Kentucky in Congress.  She served our community for years in law enforcement and has a pro-growth, pro-family voting record in the legislature.  Just as importantly, she knows how to get results.

I have no doubt that Alecia has the toughness we need in Washington to stand up to the big spenders and change the status quo. 

Alecia will be a Congresswoman we can be proud of and your vote will help her claim victory on May 22. There are only five days left until Election Day, and Alecia needs your support.  Can I count on your vote for Alecia?

Congressman Geoff Davis and countless other conservative leaders and grassroots activists have joined me in supporting Alecia’s campaign.  She is the only candidate endorsed by a national pro-life organization (Susan B. As conservatives, is there anything more important than defense of innocent life and preservation of our liberties? There is so much wrong about the course Washington is on, and I've always believed that staying true to our principles is the only way to get our nation back on track.

That's why I'm so proud to say that I’m the only candidate in this race endorsed by the National Rifle Association, and I’m also the only candidate endorsed by a national pro-life organization, Susan B. Anthony List.

I’m a proud member of the NRA, a gun owner, a concealed carry license holder and have a long track record of defending our Constitutional rights.  As a former law enforcement officer I understand the importance of the 2nd Amendment in protecting individual liberties and our freedoms. We need leadership that is committed to protecting our gun rights, and I will be an advocate for our right to bear arms in Congress.

Just yesterday, Susan B. Anthony List also endorsed my candidacy, affirming my pro-life record. I’ve long been an advocate for protecting life and am humbled by their support.

A few minutes ago we announced some game changing good news in this campaign!

Senator Jim Bunning and Congressman Geoff Davis both endorsed my candidacy for Congress at a rally in Covington early this afternoon.

“I’m here today to ask you to join Pat and me in supporting the person we believe to be the consistent conservative in the race for Congress and the very best person to take on the job we need done in Congress – Alecia Webb-Edgington,” Congressman Davis announced.

He continued, “Alecia is a smart, tough, independent thinker who will stand up for what is right and will out-work any opponent she faces.  She has proven that fortitude consistently at each stage of her career.”
